[00:02:37] Councilmember Ellen Kamei: Uh, yes, I do. Apologies. The agenda flow is loading. Uh, pursuant to government code 54953. I am requesting to participate in this meeting remotely through both audio and visual technology under the emergency circumstances, provision, due to a medical emergency that prevents me from attending in person. One other person's over 18 years old. Of age is present at this remote location with me. Thank you.
[00:03:09] Mayor Alison Hicks: Thank you. All council members present in the chamber in favor of allowing council member committee to participate in this meeting remotely. Please raise your hands. Um, So that's unanimous. Thank you. City Attorney Lowe will make a closed session announcement, and then the city council welcomes public comment on the item listed for closed session. Thank you.
[00:03:37] City Attorney Jennifer Logue: Good evening, council members. There is one item on this evening's closed session agenda. Item 3.one is a conference with legal counsel regarding one item of anticipated litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9. Thank you.
[00:03:55] Mayor Alison Hicks: Would any member of the public joining us either virtually or in person like to provide comment on the closed session items listed on tonight's agenda. If so, please click the raise hand button in Zoom, or submit a blue speaker card to the city clerk. We will take in person speakers first. Each speaker will have three minutes. I see that there are no blue cards for in person speakers. We will now take virtual speakers. And we also have no virtual speakers. Oh, we do have one virtual speaker. And the name is? Margaret Petros? So, Margaret, you have three minutes. Margaret, can you connect?

[00:05:21] Mayor Alison Hicks: Thank you. Okay. Any other virtual speakers? So we close the virtual speaking portion of this meeting, and move to item three, which is closed session. The council will now recess to the plaza conference room for closed session, and return to the council chambers at the close of closed session for an announcement. Uh, and then the, uh, subject is conference with legal counsel. Read the whole thing.
