City attorney, Jennifer Loeb, will provide a brief closed session announcement, and then the city council welcomes public comment on the item listed for closed session.

City council will be conducting public employee performance evaluations pursuant to California government code section 54957 for the city attorney, city clerk, and city manager, and council will not be taking any reportable action in closed session this evening.
