I'm going to read the usual announcement as required. This meeting will be conducted in accordance with California government code section 54953 E as authorized by resolution of the city council. All members of the city council are participating in this meeting by video conference with no physical meeting location. Item 2.one is a conference with legal counsel regarding existing litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9. The name of the case is City of Mountain View versus AU Energy, LLC, Santa Clara County, Superior Court case number, 19, CV, 352290, The 2nd item, item 2.2, is a conference with legal counsel regarding existing litigation, pursuant to government code section 54956.9, the name of the case is. Cellerina Navarro, Janet Stevens, Armando, Cavarubius, Evelyn Estrada, Gabrielle, Jaime, Alma Aldacco, and all other simile situated versus the city of Mountain View, United States District Court, for the Northern District of California, case number, 21 CB 05381.
