[00:00:04] Mayor Ellen Kamei: All right, good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us for closed session. I'm going to read the usual announcement as required. This meeting will be conducted in accordance with Assembly Bill 361 and the city of Mountain View City Council resolution number 18629. All members of the city council are participating in this meeting by video conference with no physical meeting location. As noted on the meeting agenda, members of the public may provide oral public comments during the public comment period, open session portion of the meeting by visiting Mountain View, dot gov slash meeting, to enter the Zoom meeting, or by phone by dialing 669-900-9128 and entering webinar ID 843. 512-67142. Human resources director Sue Rush will make remarks, and then the city council welcomes public comment on the item listed for closed session. We'll turn it over to Miss Rush.
[00:01:10] Sue Rush: Good morning. The following is a closed session announcement for item 2.one public employee appointment under the California government code 54957 B1, and the title of the position is city attorney candidate interviews.
[00:01:30] Mayor Ellen Kamei: Great, thank you. So, um, would any member of the public on the line like to provide comment on the closed session item listed for today's agenda? I would continue to read, but I don't see any attendees. So I'm not gonna ask, um, anyone to raise their hand or, um, and so I'll, uh, close public comment and bring it back to item 2, which is our closed session. The council will now recess to close session, but will not return to this Zoom meeting for adjournment. Right, everyone. I will see you in close session. Thank you.
