[00:01:22] Mayor Ellen Kamei: Perfect. Great. All right. All right, so we have, um, started recording the webinars live, so I'm just going to, um, read a, read a couple things. So this meeting will be conducted in accordance with the state of California, executive order N dash 29 dash 20, dated March 17, 2020. All members of the city council will participate in the meeting by a video conference with no physical meeting location. Members of the public wishing to observe the live meeting, may do so now at mountain view.legistar.com or YouTube at mountain view.gov slash YouTube. And on Comcast Channel 26. Members of the public wishing to comment on any item, may do so in the following ways. One email comments to the city council at mountainview.gov by 5 PM on the meeting date. Emails will be forwarded to the city council by the city clerk's office. Please identify the agenda item number in the subject of the email to provide oral public comments during the meeting. So I think. Um, we can move down to, um, calling the meeting to order. So I'll turn it over to you. Um, Miss City Miss interim city clerk to do the roll call.

Item four, closed session public employee appointment. California government code section 54957B1, title of position, city clerk.

[00:03:33] Mayor Ellen Kamei: And are there, is there any public comment for this item? The one person in the attendee box, but I don't see a raised hand. Uh, Ms. Wonderland, do we have any phone calls or any public comment on your end?
